Bear Creek Narrow Bluff Trial – Part One

Bear Creek Narrow Bluff Trial – Part One

A few years ago, I hiked the Bear Creek trail near Ouray, Colorado. My destination was the Yellowjacket Mine. This is part one of a POV video I took while hiking what turned out to be my favorite section of the trail. I would not recommend this hike for someone uncomfortable with heights. The elevation of this trail at this point is roughly 9,500 feet, the bluff on the left can rise as high as 600 to 800 feet and the drop off on the right bottoms out at Bear Creek roughly 600 feet below.
