Real Madrid have announced the signing of French striker Kylian Mbappe. Mbappe signs a five-year deal as a free agent and details of his new contract have not been disclosed.

Mbappe is 25 years old and one of the world’s best players. However, it’s fair to point to the fact that he might play with a chip on his shoulder after failing to lead Paris Saint-Germain to continental success. In Madrid, he will join a talented attacking line with Vinicius and Bellingham, so Mbappe’s attacking talent will surely be very impressive to watch from now on.

 

This transfer saga had been going for the last five years, with PSG being able to keep Mbappe even when it looked like Real Madrid were going to secure a deal. Now it’s finally over. Mbappe is a Real Madrid player.
