Erling Haaland has been nothing short of a sensation for Manchester City since joining Pep Guardiola’s all-conquering side in the summer of 2022.
The Norwegian goal machine has broken a whole host of records for the Premier League giants, with the 23 year-old playing an instrumental role in helping City become just the second English club ever to win the treble last season.
And it seems like life is also content for Haaland away from the pitch, who has settled into life in England seamlessly alongside girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen.
But who exactly is Haaland’s childhood sweetheart? Here is everything we know about Johansen and the young couple’s relationship.
Who is Isabel Haugseng Johansen?
Haaland is currently in a relationship with footballer and part-time fashion store assistant Johansen.

The 20 year-old, also from Norway, plays for local Norwegian club Bryne.
According to The Sun, Haaland met Johansen at Bryne, who he joined when he was just five years-old.
The pair are believed to have grown up together as friends in the club’s academy, where Haaland spent 12 years before moving to Molde in 2017.
Haaland joined German giants Borussia Dortmund in 2020, which is where he and Johansen are believed to have started dating.
A source told The Sun: ‘It seems to be pretty serious. Isabel has travelled to Germany and England to see Erling and now she’s been with him in Marbella.
‘Erling has the world at his feet and women queuing up to be his partner. But he’s a very sensible lad and it makes perfect sense he’s with a girl from his home town who he’s known for years.

The pair started dating when Haaland was at Dortmund

Despite the spotlight on Haaland, the Scandinavian lovebirds have rarely been seen together in public.
However, they did jet off to Haaland’s villa in Marbella during the World Cup, with Norway having failed to qualify for the Qatar tournament.

Weeks later, they were then spotted arriving at The Ivy restaurant in Manchester on New Year’s Eve.
Haaland and Johansen were also seen on a shopping spree down Oxford Street in London last April.
According to the Mail Online, Haaland has moved Johansen into his flat in the Northern Quarter with the teenager having been given permission to study remotely by the Bryne Upper Secondary School.
