Liverpool will learn their fate at Friday’s UEFA Europa League quarterfinal draw in Nyon as Jurgen Klopp aims for a glorious farewell.
Klopp will stand down as Liverpool manager at the end of this season, concluding a celebrated reign at Anfield.
The Reds’ Champions League triumph in 2018/19 stands as one of the German tactician’s most celebrated triumphs and he would dearly love to go on his way with another major European success.
Liverpool beat Chelsea to lift the Carabao Cup in February and are still in contention in the Premier League and FA Cup.
Despite a raft of injuries, competing across multiple fronts has proved to be no problem, as demonstrated by Klopp’s side comfortably brushing Sparta Prague aside in the Europa League Round of 16. Now, they are in Friday’s draw, where they will learn their quarterfinal opponents and the teams they could meet in the semifinals should they reach that stage.

UEFA Europa League quarter final draw 2024: How does it work?
Unlike the group stage and the playoff and last-16 rounds, the Europa League quarterfinals are an open draw, with no seedings and no restrictions on clubs from the same countries playing one another.
Teams that have faced each other in the group stages can also be drawn together.
After the quarterfinal draw is completed, each team will learn their potential path to the final at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin in the semifinal draw.
The draw will commence at 1 p.m. CET (8 a.m. ET) on Friday, March 15, and all fixtures will be added below.

When are the Europa League quarterfinals?
The quarterfinals of the 2023/24 Europa League will be spread over two legs.
The first matches will take place on April 11, 2024, with the return fixtures a week later on April 18, 2024.
