Kylian Mbappe made his feelings on a Manchester United transfer crystal clear.
United are among a series of clubs to have been linked with France skipper and Paris Saint-Germain talisman Mbappe, with the 25-year-old set to leave the Ligue 1 giants at the end of the season upon the expiry of his contract.
While it was widely reported last month that Real Madrid were set to sign Mbappe on a five-year deal on a contract worth £12.8million a season, the likes of United, Liverpool and Arsenal continue to be loosely linked with the Frenchman.

On Tuesday, however, United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe appeared to rule out a move for Mbappe.
He told The Geraint Thomas Cycling Club podcast: “I’d rather find the next Mbappe, rather than spend a fortune to buy success. It’s not that clever to buy Mbappe, anybody could figure that one out.”
However, it’s unlikely Mbappe would be interested in a move to United judging by his recent comments.

In a clip that circulated social media last summer, an Arsenal fan was video telling the France star to “come to Arsenal.”
Mbappe ruthlessly laughed at the suggestion, only for the fan to plead: “We will look after you.”
Mbappe replied: “Ah there’s no way. There’s no way.” When asked why, the PSG man coyly explained: “It’s too cold there.”
Of course, if London is considered to be too cold for Mbappe, then its unlikely that the attacker will be enticed by Manchester’s famously damp conditions.

Ratcliffe was also asked about the unlikely prospect of one day signing England star Jude Bellingham from Real.

“He’s a great footballer [but] it’s not where our focus is,” Ratcliffe said. “The solution isn’t spending a lot of money on a couple of great players.
“They’ve done that, if you look at the last 10 years. The first thing we need to do is get the right people in the right boxes, managing and organising the club.
“We must make sure we get recruitment right, such a vital part of running a football club is getting recruitment right, finding new players.”
