Manchester United fans are begging Andre Onana not to come back after the hapless goalkeeper produced yet another disasterclass, this time at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The Cameroon star conceded three times as his side were beaten 3-1 by Senegal, leaving them with just one point after two games. Ex-Liverpool ace Sadio Mane netted Senegal’s third in injury time and fans on social media could barely believe the pitiful attempt Onana made to try and reach the shot, which trickled past him into the bottom corner.
The former Inter Milan and Ajax keeper has had a torrid debut campaign at Old Trafford, having produced several high-profile blunders in key games, and after seeing his latest performance for Cameroon, Red Devils fans are desperate for him to stay put in the Ivory Coast.

“I think Onana might be the worst keeper in Man Utd history. Honestly, I’d take Mark Bosnich back at this point,” one Red Devils raged. Another said: “Onana disasterclasses are so regular now they don’t even upset me. Sigh.”
A third fumed: “We literally forced David de Gea out the club for THIS. We are a joke.” A fourth added: “Sell him. Sell him when he gets back. Or better yet, let him stay there.”
